We’ve created a checklist in response to several of our clients wanting to ensure that their FoxPro systems are compliant under the new GDPR regulations which come into effect on the 25th May 2018.
It’s designed as a relatively quick way to make sure you’ve considered the data and processing of it that takes place within your FoxPro application, to help you ensure that your software is providing the necessary protection.
Unlike most other GDPR checklists, this is purely focused on the considerations that might apply through your bespoke FoxPro application.
It’s split into three sections. The first centres on Information Gathering to make sure you’ve looked at all the information your system holds to determine the scope. The second covers how your system keeps appropriate records to document compliance whilst the third covers responding to data subject requests, data access and security.
